Armiger
-Increased the rate at which Armigers reduce the Armor Check penalty from wearing heavy armor.
-The Armor Check Reduction value now also applies to the armor check penalty from wielding a tower shield.

Equipment
-Updated the text that explains the Protection column on the Armor and Shields table to more accurately detail the bonuses provided by armor (pg 14-15).
-Armor check penalty for using tower shields reduced from 10 to 8.

Armor Mastery 6
-Updated the text for this feat to work with the current armor rules.

Axe Mastery 2
-Increased the amount of hardness reduction from 4 to 5.

Wall of Steel 5
-Removed the DR requirement and increased the amount of damage caused from 1d4 to your DR value.

Ability Scores:

Reduced the number of points to buy starting scores from 22 to 20 (applies only to new characters).

Races:

Added flavor text at the top of page 1.
Added an entry for Lizardfolk.
Added “(# squares)” next to all base speeds.

Dwarf
- Reduced racial saving throw bonuses from +4 to +2.
- Reduced Combat Maneuver Defense bonuses from +4 to +2.

Elf
- Reduced racial saving throw bonuses from +4 to +2.

Half-Orc
- Added a +2 racial bonus to Jump.

Half-Elf
- Reduced racial saving throw bonus from +4 to +2.

Halfling
- Removed the redundant +2 racial bonus to Hide (they already get +4 from being Small).
- Added a +2 racial bonus to saving throws vs. fear. (Moved from Halfling Raised trait).

Lizardfolk
- Natural claw attack now deals only slashing damage, rather than slashing or piercing.
- Natural claw and bite attacks now have either the power or finesse descriptor, rather than both.
- Clarified damage reduction type.

Traits:

Added Lizardfolk Raised.

Halfling Raised
- Removed racial bonus to saving throws vs. fear (moved to Race).
- Removed racial bonus to Listen and Spot.

Classes:

Berserker
- Updated text on damage reduction to reflect new functionality.

Feats:

Power Attack 1
- Reduced the bonus damage for two-handed weapons and one-handed weapons wielded in two hands from 2 to 1.5 times the penalty.

Power Attack 4
- Reduced the bonus damage for one-handed weapons from 2 to 1.5 times the penalty.
- Reduced the bonus damage for two-handed weapons and one-handed weapons wielded in two hands from 2.5 to 2 times the penalty.

Equipment:

-Added the Quick-Draw Potion Belt to the Adventuring Gear table.
